I value your time as well as my own and want to honor your commitment to take the next step to looking and feeling your best. Please review the following policies regarding payments, cancellations, and rescheduling. By booking a service with Color Savvy Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below. I appreciate your understanding of these policies and am excited to work with you!

Deposits/ Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Payment of any remaining balance will be collected on the day of your appointment, or you may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations, No Shows & Rescheduling: Once you have booked an appointment, I have reserved that time in my schedule exclusively for you. Deposits are non-refundable, including for cancellations and no-shows. Life happens and conflicts may come up. If you need to cancel, your appointment may be rescheduled provided it is 48 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Deposits or payments for appointments rescheduled ahead of the 48 hour window will remain as a credit towards your new appointment. Should a circumstance that does not allow for advance notice such as illness or an emergency arise, please contact me via phone call or text if you need to reschedule inside of 48 hours of your appointment.

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration without a reduction in cost of the service in order to keep the timing of appointments following yours intact. Please text if you are running late.
